- To avoid cancellation charges, we recommend notifying us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may attract a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations by Book Melbourne Cab
- In rare situations such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or unforeseen events, Book Melbourne Cab may need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
- Customers will be informed at the earliest possible time, and a full refund (if prepayment was made) will be issued in such cases.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refund – Applicable when cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Partial Refund – If cancellation is made less than 2 hours before pickup, a portion of the fare may be withheld as a cancellation fee.
- No Refund – In cases where the passenger does not show up at the pickup point without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
