1. Cancellations by Customers

  • Bookings can be cancelled by contacting our customer support team through phone, email, or the booking platform.
  • To avoid cancellation charges, we recommend notifying us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may attract a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations by Book Melbourne Cab

  • In rare situations such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or unforeseen events, Book Melbourne Cab may need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
  • Customers will be informed at the earliest possible time, and a full refund (if prepayment was made) will be issued in such cases.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund – Applicable when cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • Partial Refund – If cancellation is made less than 2 hours before pickup, a portion of the fare may be withheld as a cancellation fee.
  • No Refund – In cases where the passenger does not show up at the pickup point without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Customers may request changes to their booking (pickup time, location, or vehicle type) by contacting our team.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may involve fare adjustments.
